Immorna is dedicated to providing one-stop-shop, flexible and reliable development and manufacturing services for RNA therapeutics and RNA vaccines. Several integrated RNA drug development and GMP manufacturing programs executed by the Immorna team were cleared to proceed to clinical trials in the US and China, based on expedited IND approvals from both the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). Immorna established several state-of-the art platform technologies, including proprietary multi-component lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), Ready-to-Use (RTU) lipid carriers with long shelf-life and improved thermal stability, plasmid vectors optimized for mRNA, self-replicating RNA (srRNA) as well as circular RNA production and clinically proven multivalent antigen expression platform. By offering in-house plasmid manufacturing, RNA manufacturing, LNP formulation, internal analytical and stability services, as well as regulatory submission support, Immorna reduces manufacturing network complexity, alleviates critical supply chain gaps and facilitates rapid transition of client’s programs from the R&D proof-of-concept to the clinical development phase.
